What a lovely photograph.  You look so happy to be home and back with your beloved girl.  Wishing you well for your recovery and I'm sure Eze will assist with that.  Sending every good wish from me and Maisie Moo  :luv: :luv:

Not been on the forum for a few weeks, and I am delighted to see that you are home.  Eze looks very content to have you back where you belong.  You have had a rough time of it.  Take it steady, and build up gradually.  With some proper home cooking you will soon gain a bit of weight.  I hope you are doing well.

Hi everyone.
Update..... now finished a 4 month course of steroid and some other stuff to stop the stuff that is fixing me from making me ill, had various blood tests and lung function tests etc etc. Consultant now happy that infection has cleared and no sign of any ireprable damage to the lungs I have a follow up consultation in a few months but seems like we are out of the woods so to speak. Not feeling anything like right yet and I expect quite a long haul before I am so apart from a few small days on my syndicate I have pretty much cancelled the whole game season for now. Done quite a bit of research into the condition as not had that much for the medical folk and all I can say is do not Google any ailment you may have 🙄

Thanks for the update Ian, glad to hear you’re on the mend, it must be big relief to know the infection hasn’t caused any long term damage and hopefully by the time the next season starts you’ll have made a full recovery.
Although these sort of set backs are really something we can all do without,  they do make us make us appreciate the pleasure of just being able to be  out and about with our dogs. You and Eze have a lot to catch up on, as do Humphrey and I, once he‘s fit again! I bet she‘s been a great little nurse  though  ;)
We‘ve missed the videos, so you need to get back on your feet soon!  :luv:
All the best, take care of yourselves! x Jayne ‚n Humph

Lovely to hear such good news, it will take you a while to get back to yourself, so just take it steady.  Delighted to hear that you had such a good report from the doctor, that is very heartening.  Take care.
