Hi, I have a 9yo worker who has arthritis in his shoulder. He is on Yumove and turmeric (look up Golden Paste Company). He works during winter so takes a battering - but the combination seems to help.

Humphrey‘s physiotherapist recommends green lipped mussel powder - he recently had to have spinal surgery but its apparently good  for joints, arthritis, stiffness etc.

Minstrel my 8.5 year old has been on Yumove + for about 3 months now and I have definitely noticed an improvement in his movement, and he is less stiff than he was beginning to get. I get it from Yumove themselves and because he also has their Yucalm for his stress and anxiety problems get a good price on his bi-monthly subscription. They are widely available on Amazon, Vetuk etc.
