Hi

Spud is very healthy thanks, he is 5 years old, we have now had him for 2 years
(tomorrow). he has a lovely nature. We had him through working cocker rescue.

I also have a "new dog" Bailey, who we also had throught the same rescue.we have had him for about 5 weeks now. Will upload a picture of him soon.He was 1 on the 14th December, I have no idea of his pedigree as we got no papers with him, so if anyone knows of a litter of working cockers born on that day I would be very interested to know the details.

Spud looks a big boy just like my Zac, but they are related so they must carry the  same 'big'  gene

Maesydderwen Kestrel is one of Piper's great-great grandparents as is Swallow Law Snipp (I think I saw him mentioned).  Piper is bred locally so not got a lot of famous names in his pedigree, but a few FTCH scattered a couple generations back.  We didn't get him registered as we don't intend to breed from him and originally he was just going to be a pet, then he discovered pheasant

Although Buddy hasn't the same dogs in his pedigree, he has many of the affixes (?sp) such as Maesydderwen, Nancarrow and Gwibernant (he's only 1/4 working though).

Penny, he has some of the same names as Hattie, Wintinwildfowl Dottrel is a G Grandparent, and Maesydderwen Jackdaw a grandparent. It will be fun to meet up this weekend!

Have to say that he looks more Powerscourt (show) than anything, apart from having a longer back. I think his temperament is more show type too.
