Rest assured, your puppy does not have an aggression problem, she is just being a normal puppy
There are lots of posts and advice about puppies biting and snapping when they are young; but if you are concerned, then I recommend you seek the help of an experienced trainer, preferably one who is a member of the APDT; they will be able to reassure you and help you guide your puppy into adulthood
Agree with Rachel. Your pup is still very young and this is perfectly normal behaviour - she has only been with you 2 weeks so very early days.
Where was she before she came to you? It may be that she has missed out on some weeks of vital training and socialisation so you will need to catch up with this too. Are you going to puppy classes - I would def do this asap and a good/kind trainer will advise you on the best action to take. Puppy teeth are very sharp though
I spent the first few months with Coco hanging off my trousers, hands, sleeves, shopping bag
It is a pain but eventually I realised she had stopped doing it.
There are lots of threads on this if you do a search: here is one to start you off:

Re: swapping things for treats, you need to find something that is really high value eg cheese, sausage, livercake etc that your puppy will be happy to swap for their precious find
In the meantime you just have to be vigilant and ensure that there is nothing left within her reach that you don't want her to have. I still have to do this with Coco and she is 3 but then she is a naughty thieving little minx
