Hello, I'm new to the board (although not to Cockers). I had my first, a golden girl when I was 9 years old. We lost her when she was 11 and I said I'd never have another, it was too heart-breaking when I lost her but of course I did. I got a blue roan girl and called her Misty, she was the most easy going, pleasant dog ever. She had puppies when she was 4 and I kept another little girl & called her Jezzie, short for Jezabelle. I lost Misty nearly 4 years ago and now Jezzie, her daughter, is 14 1/2 years old. She's doing really well for her age, still has 4 walks a day & loves her food. I absolutely adore her, she is my baby.
