I think this has been covered before but I can't remember the outcome. Are there colours that appear in Working cockers and not in Show and vice versa? And, if there are (in the simplest way possible
) what causes this if all cockers stem from essentially the same gene pool, have they been 'bred out' as it were? Could you get a throw back from really far back in the lines or do the colour genetics eliminate the possibility of this happening after a ceratin amount of generations?
