Abbreviations help please?

Just looking a Ollie's pedigree certificate.  Can anybody tell me what these abbreviations stand for please?

SH.CH & 2SP.SH.CH

Assume the SH.CH is show champion but what about the 2SP?

Sp Ch= Spanish Champion (don't think Spain has Show Champions as such so it's usually just written as Sp Ch)
