would anyone on here use a kc dog on a no kc bitch

 hi i have a 6 month old cocker spaniel who not kc reg but is pedagree pets reg and i got told her mother was pedagree pet reg but her dad was kc but dont no what to think. :huh:

It does happen - that's the reason my Vegas wasn't KC registered. His mum was but his dad wasn't due to breeding endorsements a couple of generations back.

As Jay says it happens but it's not something most good breeders would recommend. I personally wouldn't allow a stud dog of ours to be mated to an unregistered bitch but not every owner of a KC registered dog is as fussy ph34r

There is no good reason why a pedigree dog isn't KC registered  :-\.
