One of his owners is now poorly and the couple feel that they cannot focus enough attention to his needs. Charlie has bitten just once when he was accidentally touched when he was asleep on the sofa. He is now not allowed on the sofa. Charlie is not used to children or cats. He is much better now with dogs and may benefit from the company of another dog. He is a happy dog, who loves cuddles. He loves to play with a plastic bottle or a rope tug. Charlie like to play in the nearby stream. He will bark at cows and can be very territorial about visitors and the postman. He is not possessive with toys or food. He is good on the lead. His recall may need a bit more work. Charlie loves going in the car and gets very excited. He can be left home alone for short periods.
