Bless you, we know we shouldn't look at these things but we still do, eh?

Just remember you will always find more negative experiences when you do these searches be wise people tend not to post if they have a positive outcome.

I have just spoken to the vet, the results of the pancreatits test is negative.  They have done more blood tests today and another ultrasound.    the blood test show one of his liver enzymes is still high and the scan shows that the 8mm nodule on his liver is still there and has not changed.  I was really hoping it would have shrunk with the medication he has been on.  The vet tells me that they cannot take a biopsy by needle as the nodule is too small, to do a biopsy they would have to operate to take away a smal peice of his liver, the vet thinks that the risks of this surgery outweigh the benefits as Albert seems so well in himself.  They will keep him on his mediation (antibiotics and something I can't remember the name of for his liver) and rescan him again in 2 weeks to see if there is any change

So once I am asking for more positive thoughts  :'(

I was really hoping for some good news

I'm sorry you didn't have really positive news, but it's encouraging that Albert is well in himself and I'm guessing and hoping it's encouraging that the nodule on his liver hasn't got any bigger. But I understand it's a worry that you still don't have a diagnosis of the problem and have to wait another 2 weeks for him to be scanned again.

I hope that Albert continues to be well and that the medication has shrunk the nodule by the time he's scanned again :bigarmhug:
