Just seen this glad he is on the mend. Jasper was in theatre on Friday (see apple pip warning post) and didnt come out until Monday, it was the worst time of my life! You dont realise how much of an impact these little babies make in your life. Give him a big cuddle from us, we are still on sofa recovering as well!

Ooh I'll bear the Kong thing in mind when a new pup arrives here. TBH when Keli was a pup, there was only red Kongs, but having now felt they are so much softer, I think I'll skip the puppy one too.

So glad he's on the mend now.

I went out today and bought him a thick coat to protect both his stitches and keep him snug in the cold, and on advice from the vet, im going to have to invest in a good muzzle/halti to keep as much as poss out of his jaws.

I would recommend a muzzle, they do some really soft ones at PAH but it does definitely help them stop eating so much rubbish whilst out.  We got one for Ozzy as he was the same, always eating something.  He didn't like it but the message soon sunk in and he doesn't wear it any more.

Hope Floyd gets better soon - sloppy kisses from Ozzy  :luv:
