DOLPAC DOG WORMING TABS

wondered if anyone had encountered these wormers?  Saff has been a bit poorly with the diawotsits and wondered if these might have been partly behind it.  Also is it common anyway for them to someimes have a dodgy tummy after worming?

that's strange, I have just given Toby his worming tablets this afternoon and he has just been ill.  Only had him 2 weeks - he is 4yrs old. Was wondering if he had cleverly planned it, as he really did not like taking them!  Another trip to the vet for more?
