Lump on tummy

Gizmo has a hard pea sized lump on/in her tummy, the pink, not furry part, about 3/4 inch in from the bottom nipple. It seems 'moveable' and doesn't have a head but is a little red. Any ideas?

Could be a sting but get it checked at the vets.
