Whitebait!!
« on: June 22, 2011, 12:57:40 PM »
Hiay

I have been offered some fresh whitebait for the dogs

Do you feed this as well as normal kibble, or instead of.

there are only two or three for them to try, but should they be fed seperately with regards raw and dried together or am I worrying too much? :D

thanks all!!

I know a lot of raw feeders do not mix the two as you say,but i give Ruby 3-4 small whitebait cut up and mixed with slightly soaked kibble, but this is the only raw food i give her apart from the odd chicken wing or egg which is more of a treat than a meal.  ;)
People laugh at me because I'm different, but I laugh at them because they are all the same.

If it is only a few, I would just add them to the kibble as they are   ;)

Mine have herring, just cook them in microwave,& add too biscuts, usually give them when bitch is in pup as it makes the milk rich, like seals.
