Title: Donator Badges
Post by: stueymac on February 13, 2014, 08:49:51 AM
As you may have noticed, some donator badges are re-appearing on some profiles, this is because I'm going through all the donators I have records for and am manually adjusting the profiles so that the badges show up, as there's several hundred it may take some time to get through them all.
However, I had a thought, as some donators requested not to have a donator badge and some donators no longer post it might be quicker and easier if any donators simply reply to this thread with a quick hands up and I'll re-assign the badges that way. It doesn't matter if you donated 5 years ago or 5 minutes ago, you're still elligible to get your badge back if you want it!

Anyway, reply here or drop me a PM indicating your preference on the donator badge front

I never noticed there were squares. Have there always been squares?
I'm not bothered either way, I just read posts and look at pictures
Thanks for asking though

I am a donator, however as others have said I am not worried either way. If it is to much work to replace them just leave it. I am sure no one would mind. :)

Edited to add: just noticed I have mine anyway, thanks. lol ;)

I think the green / grey box next to the user name does that, but what about the ones underneath where the 'Donator' sign is.

Yep the little box next to your name tells if you are logged in  ;)

I have five gold stars above my avatar ( you get more as you post more, max is 5) and Mods have different colour stars - not sure if you are on mobile device the stars turn to squares?

The squares indicate membergroup and/or post count.

So it looks like some have stars (like me) and others have squares, but they mean the same thing. Have to say they all come as stars when I look at others on my poot

The stars may be cached versions from the old forum, I think they're all coded as squares now, it'll all update and catch up to be squares eventually.
