If you had written this last week we would have had the perfect little man, 8 year old cavalier spaniel.

We were trying to find a flat to rent for our 19 year old grandson & his deceased mothers dog   :dunno:  but all the lets said NO pets;  so we are now going down the road of loaning him  the balance of money to buy a flat  :o   we have already made an offer on one & it has been accepted  :fear2: :clapping:
regards from Julie & Kez

I was tempted for a minute, but I am looking for the "lady that lunches" type of position! :005: :005:
you've got a rigorous interview to qualify for that position lol

I like the sound of a rigorous interview  :shades: :shades:  is there a age limit  :005:

Sorry mods, I know this off topic, but nearly all 'To Let' ads state 'no pets' - it seems to be a standard Letting Agents thing.  We rented for ages, several different houses, and most landlords were happy to accept one dog in the property - all it took was an extra £200 deposit and an undertaking to have the carpets professionally cleaned when we left.  You need to get the agent to ask the landlord.

I don't suppose you would consider the lovely Rufus - this poor chappie is breaking my heart  :'(  Not sure if Elmo would be a bit too lively for him though ?

Worth having a look on CAESSR at the moment - there's quite a mix of male/female show/worked cockers on there at the moment... happy hunting (for a cocker.... and the livin cleaner!  :005: )
