Yes, it's all perfectly normal - teething can make them feel really out of sorts. Physically it can upset their stomachs and they will have really painful gums and this may turn them into snapping turtles that are frustrated and confused
You can re-direct the chewing so they don't destroy the house and you can give them things that are really soothing. Frozen raw carrots is a good one, or a kong with frozen goodies inside, or a knotted teatowel soaked and frozen.
It will pass - and it isn't pleasant, just like a baby teething. Razor sharp teeth sawing their way through tender gums isn't nice plus these puppies are losing milk teeth all at once.
