Help!

Ian has tried to login and is getting an error message 

“Welcome Guest please login or Register”

He’s tried logging in with no luck.  Any suggestions please?

Does he log in with his password every time or has does he stay logged in? I recently cleared my cache and had to log in to everything again.
In retrospect, all very obvious but it didn’t occur to me straight away....

I know it might be a bit like, switch it off and switch it on again, but hitting the logout button to ensure you are fully logged out might help.

Does he have a different device to try logging in on? A cache clear might also help (depending on the browser used)
No other error messages displayed?

Hi everyone hope your all well. I am logged in somehow but it's a totally different format, it's just text / basic layout nothing else 🙄
