My mum & step-dad's Springer Spaniel does the frogs legs thing, and if he's not doing that then he's on his back with everything on display!! 

My girl Lady, does a superman version, one front paw out and the other tucked underneath and the same with her back legs just opposing sides!

Jarvis also does the leg thing, not all the time though. He also likes to sleep with his front end on its side, and his back end upsidedown, so the front looks normal but with back legs akimbo. Must get a photo of it.
