Wow, cool! I bought my 1st SLR 2 months ago, a Canon 550D. I love it. I took it to New York a couple of weeks after getting it and got some fantastic (albeit a bit snap happy
) photo's. However I was determined to get off of using the "auto" setting. So for my birthday last week my parents paid for me to do a 1 day beginner DLSR course through Jessops. It was a really good day (although a tad expensive) but absolutely worth while. I learned far more than I ever could understand by reading the manual. They taught you about lenses, aperture, ISO, handling, white balance and so much more, it was so bloomin' informative. So next week i'm off to cornwall, fingers crossed I get some better pictures.
Enjoy!
