Fun Outdoor Training Course. Berkshire

Our trainer has given me permission to post details of this course on COL. But I think the places will be taken up quite quickly so if you are interested then get in touch with me as soon as possible so that I can pass on the contact details to you.

"Spend 2 fantastic days in the May sunshine whilst learning to train your dog......harness your dog's natural abilities rather than fight against them and really learn to enjoy your dog"

Open to any gun dog types.

3 trainers. You will be working in small groups to learn:

Basic control - walking on lead and staying in the face of distractions
Distance control with whistle - stopping and coming when called
Fun but controlled retrieves
Long distance retrieves
How to direct your dog to hidden articles
Nosework - searching for lost articles in the undergrowth
Water work - lots of swimming in the lake.

13th and 20th May, near Reading, Berkshire.

£110 for the 2 days including refreshments and hot buffet lunch. Extra family members can come along for just £10 each to cover food. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (Mmm that might rule us out, but never mind!)

Pretty sure at least one other COLer will be there, we have also booked our places. I think it sounds great fun.

Do pm me if you want to know more.
