I have just put new halogen lights up in the living room and Louie will not stop digging the ground and running back and forwards chasing imaginary shadows ( well, its normally my OH's watch that starts it but he normally takes it off) and then the shadow chasing doesn't stop all night. We have to resort sitting in the dark as Louie will not settle! He has just started barking at it also which is driving us mad.
We have tried to calm him down by talking to him and saying no, distracting him by giving him something nice to chew
( kong) playing with him etc etc and he wont stop!!!!!
Does anyone have any ideas that could help us as it is driving us mad!!!
