Bens not himself - bit of an update

Just come back from the vet with Ben as he has been a bit wobbly and off it the last day or so. She has done full bloods and says he is tender round the kidney or liver area, and she thinks there may be either kidney or endocrine 'stuff' going on.

He is a bit fed up now and very clingy  waiting for results on Monday.

I hope Ben is feeling better soon and that the blood results are good.

The blood tests came back mixed, there are query thyroid problems, but the vet said he is on the lower end of results that indicate a problem but she is not ruling it out. She also needed another urine sample as the ph was out and she is wondering about a deep seated infection so he is on antibiotics to see if there are any improvements. 
If there is no improvement by next Wednesday when we go back she will think about scans for kidney stones or other 'nasties' in his bladder.

He is a bit frail and wobbly at the moment which I hate to see
