Daisy's being 'Done' - will this make her a nicer person?!!
« on: November 16, 2006, 05:23:09 PM »
I love Daisy to bits (she is my first born!!) but I am the first to admit that she is a moody swine!

She is lovely with me and OH, would never growl or grumble BUT she is an absolute horror to Woody, barks, bites, pins him down, humps him constantly, protects and hordes all his toys etc etc etc!! She is also SO testy, will not listen to any command first time, hates being dried, has selective deafness at most inappropriate times ....

So, she is being speyed next Friday (she is two) and I was wondering if this will affect her hormones and make her chill out a bit?

Or am I destined to have a moody dog for the rest of my days??!!!!   ph34r :005:

I found it made a huge difference to Neneh after she was spayed, before that she used to very occasionally 'go off on one' with Meg usually (who wouldn't hurt a soul).
Since she threw her hormones away she's been a different girl  :luv:

Hope it works for Daisy :003:
