Hi all!
What is the best for puppies to go to school? That is now for obedience training?

The sooner the better really, most will take them as soon as they are allowed after their jabs. Although you may need to book now to guarantee your place.

My son wants to do agility and fly ball so Jade who 18 months will be starting obedience training in a couple of weeks. I think she will probably end up being one of the oldest in the class  ph34r

I agree - best to start puppy classes asap.  I took Coco as soon as she had had her first jab.  It was great socialisation - more important than training obedience at that age imo  ;)  Gives them a chance to meet and play with other pups in a controlled and safe environment.

Just make sure that the class you choose only uses kind and positive methods of training  :D

Our pups are 11 and 17 weeks old and get alot of socialisation with our friends dogs/puppies aswell as when we go to the beach, so I rather want to take them to school more for obedience.

They will learn some of that as well but they are very young for it just to be 100% training ;)

Misty is 17 weeks + she just went to her first puppy class tonight.  :D
She loved playing with the other dogs (especially the working cocker  ::)) + actually did quite well for her first proper class!
