Tilly is due to be wormed next week, she has always had the drontal one but last time i was told to give her 1 1/2 tablets and she was sick a few hours later had always been ok before that but had only needed to have the one tablet was going to mention this at the vets when i go next week was wondering should i give her a different make. i saw on the P@H website they sell the panucar syringe for just under a fiver, i remember giving my horse this make does anybody else use this one?

Mine were poorly after drontal so yesterday I gave them Panacur favourites its a tasty treat, Rosie took it straight from my hand :luv: and this morning she is fine no sickness or poorly tummy.

Milbemax here

I've been using Panacur for a while now with Roxy and not had an bad reactions. She also eats the 'favourites' edible type as a treat also. I get mine from Cox and Robinson chemist. If you have one near you, they sell pet meds at very good prices. Failing that, I would get it online from Viovet.

Milbemax here
And here.

Panacur Favourites-even with my cockers that have "delicate" digestive systems these have been the best with no bad after effects
-
Milbemax for my 2 as well..they had there dose last night and no problems ;)
-
Fern started to react to Drontal the last few times she had it.
I tried Panacur granules (sprinkled on her food) last month and she was absolutely fine. I got mine from my vet ph34r

Glad I read this thread used drontal on Sammy and poor wee soul threw his dinner up later in 3 sessions. He wasn't too impressed think I will try Panacur have used this with no ill effects in the past(sorry for the pun !)

I think we''re milbemax too. Is that the one where it's just the one tab.
-
Milbax for my crew too - seems to do the business.
-
I use Panacur for my lot and they take it no problem. We also use it for the horses. All I would say is make sure you get the right one as it will be a different dose for your dog than your horses of course. We have pills for the Dogs and syringe for Horses. ;)

Panacur favourites here too. Darcey had a huge allergic reaction to Drontal when she was 4 weeks old and was very poorly indeed.
