3 dogs, one with conjuntivitis

Hi Guys

after some advice, as the title says, I have three dogs in the house, but one has conjunctivitis :shades:
my dilema, I have another two dogs coming to stay next week, and dont want them getting it too, so, do I treat the other two showing no symptoms, or wait and see what happens?
