Thanks everyone   thankfully due to her tiny size even though her stomach and bowels were completely full of gas there was no torsion. It looks like her bowel has stopped working, possibly due to the trauma and pain from her ear. Shes been on a drip all night as she was severely dehydrated by the time I realised that my normal vets are complete prats by sending her home and I took her to Vets Now. They have given her medication to try and get her bowel started again, and I am just waiting on the phone call to let me know if that has worked.

If her bowel starts to make sounds again and her pain can managed then she should be home this evening  :D
