Hi i had Poppy Spayed at 6months old 3 weeks later shes great
she has not much of a scar even so soon after the op and is into mischief just as she was before
never had any worries with the op apart from the head cone that got me in the back of my calves ever time

Milly came to us as a rescue at 7 months old. One of the conditions attached to our ownership of her was that she be spayed.

Our vet advised waiting until after her first season and she was spayed at 11 months old, two months after her season had finished. Everything went very smoothly, her small scar healed well and the only difference we've noticed is in her coat which has taken on a more woolly appearance. Just makes her even more cuddly :luv: :005:.
