Zak - Grass Seed - UPDATE
« on: July 26, 2008, 03:33:36 PM »
Thanks for all your best wishes for Zak.
The vet found the offending seed >:D,she had to go quite deep as it had started to travel >:D
Brought him home yesterday afternoon, complete with jazzy bandage - and the dreaded lamshade >:(
He hates it poor lad, keeps walking into things and getting stuck on things.
We are back on monday morning for check up.
Is there anything i could be giving him (homeopathicaly) to help the wound heal?
Any advise, as usual, very gratefully received

Poor wee lad. They do get used to the lampshade quite quickly, but it's still awful watching them bumping into things with it.

It really does sound like Zak's episode was identical to Bramble's, and I know what a worry that was!

I don't know of anything that would help him heal, but I'm sure that either Helen or Rachel would be able to help.

give him a wee kiss from me....and keep us updated.

Buddy never did get used to the lampshade and in his records he is noted as "too dim for a buster collar" :005: :005: :005:

Hope Zak recovers quickly. I bet he is feeling better already.
