« on: January 05, 2009, 02:41:33 PM »
Tilly is due to be wormed next week, she has always had the drontal one but last time i was told to give her 1 1/2 tablets and she was sick a few hours later had always been ok before that but had only needed to have the one tablet was going to mention this at the vets when i go next week was wondering should i give her a different make. i saw on the P@H website they sell the panucar syringe for just under a fiver, i remember giving my horse this make does anybody else use this one?

Mine were poorly after drontal so yesterday I gave them Panacur favourites its a tasty treat, Rosie took it straight from my hand  :luv: and this morning she is fine no sickness or poorly tummy.
I got mine online

I've been using Panacur for a while now with Roxy and not had an bad reactions.  She also eats the 'favourites' edible type as a treat also.  I get mine from Cox and Robinson chemist.  If you have one near you, they sell pet meds at very good prices.  Failing that, I would get it online from Viovet.

Panacur Favourites-even with my cockers that have "delicate" digestive systems these have been the best with no bad after effects

Fern started to react to Drontal the last few times she had it.
I tried Panacur granules (sprinkled on her food) last month and she was absolutely fine. I got mine from my vet  ph34r

I use Panacur for my lot and they take it no problem. We also use it for the horses. All I would say is make sure you get the right one as it will be a different dose for your dog than your horses of course. We have pills for the Dogs and syringe for Horses.  ;)

Panacur favourites here too. Darcey had a huge allergic reaction to Drontal when she was 4 weeks old and was very poorly indeed.
