No, hopefully not.............
I only mentioned it because I wondered whether there was any parallel.....but, I suppose a lot of puppies suffer a reaction from having a needle poked into their skin.... 
Good luck....and, I hope little Poppy will ok.  She looks absolutely gorgeous. x

it's not a reaction to the needle, it's a reaction to what's in the needle and with any vaccination/booster you should really take note of any side effects and/or reactions   ;)

The lump is usually caused by the lepto part of the vac. My dogs have lepto done separately a few weeks later on the opposite side to the other jab.
