The power of COL strikes again.   :D 

Apparently he seems a bit brighter today; has had something to eat and went out in the garden to woof at the Seagulls and see them off.   :luv:  He has another appt later this week and they'll do an ECG.  If his current vet thinks he's done all he can, he'll refer him to a heart specialist for another opinion.

As soon as I have more news, I'll let you all know.  Thank you all so much for your positive thoughts and kind comments.   :-*

Sending lots of positive healing thoughts to Hugo. Its unbelievable the impact a dog can have on someone like your FIL's life, it sounds like Hugo gives him a reason to get out and about a little bit. I really hope the heart specialist can come up with something for him. Will keep checking for updates, this story has really pulled at my heartstrings xxx
