I don't want to tempt fate but you may want to invest in a blow up collar with 2 cockers - I know you'll have a spay soon so it may be a good investment (I just hate the cones of shame, they seem to affect the dog more than their injuries do  )  Amazon have them quite cheap

we will,  we decided to let her have a season first, shes still very puppyish! I was thinking of getting one of those, as you said with 2 daft cockers you just never know! I wish the vets stocked the comfy collars instead of the cone of shame,  she keeps battering me and everyone! My GSD is scared to walk past her as she keeps getting hit 

Shes feeling better today, less of a limp than before she went into the vet
