Positive thoughts for my Betsy-girl

I am so worried about Betsy.  She has been coughing and bringing up white foamy bile for a few days now.  I took her to the vet on Friday and they suspected Kennel Cough or a bronchial infection and prescribed anti-biotics.  We were due back tomorrow but her breathing is now very fast so I have rearranged the appointment for later on today.  I made the mistake of googling and I suspect it is heart disease.   :'( 

Poor Bets has really been through it lately as she had 3 benign lumps removed in November.  I am devastated for my little girl.
