Oh, bless him, he's gorgeous!  :luv:

It's obviously all very strange and new for now - he'll soon settle and, with lots of love and cuddles, will be part of the family in no time at all. The house training takes time - be patient - he doesn't know what's expected of him yet.  ;)

Im already completely in love with him, he's been a star so far, the poo incident was all my fault, cleaned up and smelling of lavender zoflora now  :lol2:

He's absolutely shattered bless him, fast asleep in his crate, covered in my old tshirt Ive been stinking up the last few days  :D

Im a little concerned with what he was being fed, beta dog food I knew, but it was being mixed with weetabix and tuna! (plus chicken, pork etc), should I just leave it was the beta dry food (with some warm water), as the poo was extremely runny  ph34r

I'm not the best person to advise but Robbie was on purely 'Beta Puppy' when he came home. He didnt have anything with it. Just a little warm water added.  Someone else will be along soon i'm sure.

I would leave his food as it is (without the extras) for a few days.  Runny poo could have been down to excitement etc of coming to his new home.  May take his tum a week or so to settle down.  ;)

Meg was on Beta when I had her too, it's a complete food so there's no need for all the extras

If you aren't planning to keep him on Beta , I'd stick with plain Beta for a week or so, before gradually mixing in the food you are swopping to.

Congratulations on your gottcha day!

Toby looks adorable!

When we brought Finn home (5 months ago how time flies!) he was on Beta as well but his breakfast consisted of 2 tablespoons on Natural bio yogurt on his kibble
we had no toilet problems at all, plus 2 milk bonio's  as a treat before bedtime

Enjoy!

He had a nice sleep in his crate, woke up, went for a wee, then I gave him just plain beta (how long should I soak it for?), then played for a bit, hasnt done another poo yet  ph34r and is now back to sleep, by my feet covered in his blanket - just too cute  :luv:

Im planning on changing him (gradually) to skinners puppy food, so in a weeks time, I will slowly start to add a small amount of that until he is completely on it.
