I am getting an error message up which is stopping me from receiving emails
It happened this morning whilst my AVG was updating. I opened Outlook Express and whilst it was sending/receiving email I had a Zone Alarm warning come up. I denied access (didn't really look to see what it was
). I then had a progress report for Outlook which said:
Task 'mail.btinternet.com - Receiving' reported error (on 800CCCOF). The connection was interrupted. The server responded:
-ERR AVG POP3 Proxy Server: Cannot connect to the main serverAny advice in the most simplistic terms would be appreciated please
