I have just 'phoned the Vet and the Epiphen levels are good.  However, the Vet can't rule out toxicity caused by the Epiphen.  Henry is still under the weather but did eat a few pieces of roast beef this morning.

I have to take him back to the Vet on Tuesday for a check up and, depending on how Henry is, another blood test for his levels of Epiphen.

Henry is poorly again after being so well.  He also had two seizures after seeing the Vet last week. 

I had another appointment with the Vet yesterday when he was going to do a liver toxicity test if Henry was still unwell.  Henry was as right as rain: bouncy, eating well and generally lively.  The Vet decided against the tests as he was so well after he had checked him over.  When we arrive home Henry was fine and walloped down his dinner - free range minced chicken carcass - and a bit of my ham that I was having for a late lunch.  About a half hour later Henry came into the kitchen and his mouth was twitching.  He then fell to the floor threshing around and emptied his bladder.  I had to hold his head to prevent him doing any damage to it on the tiled floor.  He came round about two minutes later and was still groggy.  He seemed out of sorts later in the evening and was a bit reluctant to come to bed.  In the night he was very restless and panting.  This morning he wouldn't eat and was very lethargic.  Unfortunately, I had a hospital appointment that I couldn't miss si I 'phoned the Vets and explained the situation.  The Vet wass pewrforming surgery so I couldn't speak to him.  When I arrived home there was a message on the machine to say the Vet wanted to see Henry.  I have an appointment for 2.15 pm.
