Idiopathic head tremors

My 13 yr old dog has just started with head tremors, she tends to have them when relaxing tho not asleep, does anyone else have experience of this worrying issue

I have no experience of this but hope someone comes along soon with some knowledge.

No experience of this (thankfully), sounds serious enough for a vet visit I would have thought  :luv:
