Just caught up Shona, heaven sent you to little Ham as I don't know where he would be or what woudl have happened to him if he hadn't found you.

He's good, thanks - you wouldn't know anything had happened. I'm just going to see how it goes - I don't want to do anything if I can help it. He's on pred, but one a day and no more bleeding, and because I luckily can phone and speak to his vet (godsend) I don't feel bad about not being too proactive. I'd have him in like a shot if anything els happens, but touch wood it's going the right way. I'm resting him today and he's gutted at no walk........ ph34r :lol:

Aww Freya, what a lovely thing to say! I'm just so glad we got him - he's the most adorable scamp ever, and we love him to bits.You are the angel with all the rehoming you do :angel: - we just love Ham, that's all, it's what you do with your animals isn't it.x

Hamish wasn't very well yesterday - I was working and hubby took him to the park where he had quite a bit of fresh blood in his poo. They brought him in to work and the vet wasn't happy with his chest - he could have a bit of bleeding to his lungs as well. He's home for now but he's getting more bloods taken today so we'll see. Poor wee guy, he's still himself, full of nonsense. ;)

Well just took him in, he had to have a jugular sample done, and he was an angel. Got his neck shaved a wee bit, and just sat there, bless him. Not a squeak out of him th whol tim, and he didn't flinch. Will hopefully hear the results today, have just got him home and he's got a few M&S cocktail sausages cos he was the bravest boy :luv:

He's just had a very posh italian vanilla ice cream that Megan went and got him. The vet said ice cubes may help the gums, but I don't think she meant ice cream......anyway, he loved it, covered his whiskers in it and is now snoring delightfully on my feet. Sausages, ice cream - it's a dog's life eh :lol:
