Yes I think I know the item you mean, my prevous Cockers had them to reduce swelling and protect them after Mammary strips...My two girls have just been spayed recently , they did not require and vest or plastic collar , they were both stitched and glued(I think) and aprt from watching that they dont over lick their wounds or get them scratched or dirty outside there should be no problem , if however you WANT to cover the wound then as previously said just opt for and old t shirt or similar which can be knotted to make a better fit.
