Its not a time out error!!!....Its a fault with the the system(as massage reads)...Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.
As are Webb site is America there is a time diference(this site may also be American)....So people will see different times as to when it went down...I think its only the Webb site owner can fix this as to are Webb site....being a Database Error

I've been getting this one today too.
Using Safari 5 on a Mac. have closed my tabs and relaunched the site and still get it.
everything else seems to be working ok though :) phew ... can still get my COL fix ;)

As said its a Database Error... Only the owner can get into fix this...Its a clitch with in the system holding off...Or in simple turms some one has turn the light of some ware.. ;)

A slightly different error issue here - I've not been able to get on all morning using my Opera browser, and have been getting this message:
Table 'smf_messages' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
But when I tried just now using Google Chrome, it has let me come on. If I try with Opera, I still get the above message.

Stuart is looking in to it for us now - apparently there was a server move in the night which may have resulted in a php compiler problem ( if that means anything to anyone :lol2: ), so please bear with us.
Btw I noticed a pm was showing as a new message even though I'd read and replied to it last night, my reply wasn't showing in my outbox - so if you sent any pms late last night it might be an idea to check your outboxes, you may need to re-send.

Seems to be a server / software problem with the way COL is hosted :huh:
I can get on some anything goes threads by clicking off links on the 'last 10 posts' section, but I can't get to the main menu page.
Any news of how Jo (cockertime blues) is, and has Bajoleth (Jo) had 'bump number 5' yet?? :005:
(I NEED my COL fix too!)

I'm not sure when the database problems will be sorted and A Goes will be up and running again but threads you have posted on in that section can be accessed via your profile/show posts, then once they've been posted on again they will start to show on the 'most recent threads' feature at the bottom of the page HERE (http://www.cockersonline.co.uk/discuss/index.php?action=recent)

I too keep getting the message about contacting an administrator, when I click 'show unread posts since last visit'.

I've set up a temporary AG board until we can get the database sorted - I've managed to move Jo's thread there, the reply function on that thread isn't working but Jo has started a new thread with an update.

I can only see replies to my own posts, otherwise I see the error message.

I've merged all the posts about the current problems together in this thread now. No news on when these will be sorted I'm afraid but Stu is working on it, so please bear with us.
As I understand it the main problems seem to be...
1. Anything Goes can't be accessed
2. The 'unread posts' function isn't working
3. Some people are having trouble logging in
If there are any other faults please let us know. Thanks.

Not sure what it is, and how it's linked to this, but I can't get to the forum at all using Opera, not directly on my Bookmark or via Cockers OnLine main page. The message I get is "Table 'smf_messages' is marked as crashed and should be repaired".
With Google Chrome, I can't get to the forum directly (same error message), but I can get to it via Cockers OnLine main page.

I'm using Opera at the moment and have come to COL via the usual bookmark without any probs. Don't think any of the current issues are browser related but forum software related so we will just have to be patient and wait for our technical wizard (aka Stu :D) to sort it out when he's able (probably an upgrade of some kind will be needed)

Apologies for the delay folks, we are currently working on the issues. We had a server move on Friday which appears to have resulted in some unexpected problems.
We apologise and will attempt to resolve the problem today. The forum may go offline completely for a period while work continues.
