Older bitch marking

I have a 12 yr old bitch who has started marking when we walk out, I have also noticed she licks her lady bits more and seems to have a
fair amount of mucous she is spayed but wondering if she would have urine issues or even vulva/vaginal tumour/infection, anyone come across this
