coughing up pink bile HELP.

Hi woke up to day as usual 6oclock took my 16 week old pup and my three year old to the muddy park as usual they had a ball playing in the mud came home got them both dryed and went for my shower when i came down Jura my three year old is looking very sad and been very sick she brought up last nights tea tnow it is pink bile and to me it lookes like blood i have phoned the vet he is going to phone me back am am waiting on the call ,i only work 4 hours a day but i have taken the day off to be with her .has any one out there ever had this no matter what the outcome please tell me i am sure its blood she is going to be 3 on the 5th of Feb please help

No advice but you may be right about the blood.  Bile is yellowy green.  If it is pink it probably is blood.  Having said that, if it is only pink then the blood amounts must be minimal.  I don't know about dogs but humans sometimes break blood vessels when they strain to be sick.  It may just be that :-\  Let us know what the vet says :blink:

agree with Sheryl, a trip to the vet would be best  ;)  It could be something really simple like a bug, and the blood is from where she's straining to throw up, or something like a blockage.

Jura is very poorly its amazing the pup is always annoying her at this time its as if she knows there is something wrong ,the vet is on his way as i dont want to put her in the car feeling when she is as poorly as this tjankyou so much for all your quick repleys i cant stop crying .
I wish i knew how to get a photo of my dogs on to this my friend will show me i am so rubbish with commputers

Hi thank you so much for all your concern ,the vet has taken her in i went with her but he gave her a wee injection to give her a sleep he said it will give her tummy a wee rest and it will give him time to have a look at her .When the vet came she was very very sick  she was so happy and bouncy when she woke up every thing has happened far to fast i hope i have some news before my kids come home from school .The vet sent me home i was no use i am in such a mess isant it amazing how attached we get to our pets i have also been sick i think it is just nerves i pray to god she is okay my wee dogs have brought so much happines i dont know what i would do ,i will keep in touch thanks again to you all

I am sorry Jura is so poorly.

Hopefully the vet will be able to figure out what is wrong quickly and sort it out.

We all love our doggies to pieces (I love them more than most humans) so I know it is a worrying time for you.
