Jeanette, you would really have no pressure to do anything you didn't want to. If you just wanted to sit with him on your lap at ringside that would be fine, even if you enter him NFC/Puppy Walk you wouldn't have to take him in if you didn't want to. I think it would be a great shame not to bring him as it's near for you and wonderful socialisation for him.
