Hello
« on: December 30, 2019, 10:31:50 PM »
Hello and thanks for letting me join in.

We live in Cumbria and have had a Yellow Labrador for 12 years.  As she’s getting too old for walking we found a lovely working Cocker Spaniel - Lillie.
We had a wonderful time as a puppy but we’re experiencing problems now and I’ll pose them as a separate post.

For now we look forward to joining in.

Hi and welcome in the round! This is a great place for help and support, every breed has its little quirks and cockers are no exception but most problems can be solved or, at the very least, managed. Humphrey is now four and a half and I joined COL soon after having him, I‘d had dogs before but never a puppy, he was my first cocker and lots of little things kept arising that I‘d neither ever dealt with before or expected. The people on here are brilliant and the advice and tips I‘ve picked up have been invaluable. Looking forward to hearing more (and ofcourse photos are always welcome! ;))

Welcome! Plenty of good advise to be had on this site. I've had some challenges with my cocker too, and I'm sure she would say the same about me  :005: Luckily most problems can be overcome.
