Title: Additional smileys ios9

I've just updated the iPad to IOS9 and now, if I click the button to get the additional smileys, I just get a blank page titled "about blank"! I can't give anyone a hug anymore!  :'( Anyone else found a fix?
Why do they keep updating things? As my Dad used to say, if it ain't broke...don't fix it!  >:(

It's the same for me to, also I don't have some sections on the home page. All help welcomed.....
