Went to send an email the other day and must have knocked a key in error. Which one I have no idea but the result is that I have these things that look like golf flags at the beginning and end of each sentence along with a dot inbetween each word in the text ::) >:(
Any ideas how I can get rid of them please?

Mary,,
Does this only happen in email, can you try word?

It's part of the Word editor element. If you go to view - which view are you using? It may have selected outline view - if so change ot to print or normal - whichever you prefer. ;)

May help.
1. Open word and go to tools, options, view and then under formatting marks take all the ticks out and then press ok.
