weblink connections

Hi
For some reason, I am suddenly unable to click on any internet links on my pc, in emails etc...

Normally I would just click on the lin and it open, but its doing nothing... Has anybody come accross this in the past, and would you know how its fixed back to normal.

this sometimes happens to me, i just shut it down & re start & it's usually then ok

I haven't been able to click on links in Outlook Express recently either, not sure why - I did a Google search but all the suggestions seemed too complicated for me to be bothered with, so I just copy and paste them instead.
