Why does it keep tellin me to install this??

This comes popping up telling me I need to download it! http://www.virprotect.com/?aff=1012

I already have norton which I have run, it  found no viruses though detected and removed spy wear.

Any idea why this is still popping up? http://www.virprotect.com/?aff=1012

This is a piece of spyware/rogue software that you can get rid of in a number of ways:
